Victorian Tea at Billings Estate On June 10th, OWCC members had a lovely morning enjoying a traditional Victorian Tea at The Billings Estate National Historic Site, and learned about the city’s rich history, seeing interesting artifacts and exhibits and touring the beautiful gardens.

Event Highlights Spotlight On The Rideau Hall Event Join Us! Rideau Hall – Governor General Event OWCC was honoured to have The Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, as our Patron. OWCC President Carol MacKay was among the many notable Canadians invited to Mme Simon’s farewell reception on May 29th.
