Before joining the Airport Authority as President and Chief Executive Officer in 2025, Susan Margles was a member of the senior leadership team at Canada Post for nearly 20 years. She held key roles, including Vice President of Government Relations and Policy, Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs, and most recently, Chief People and Safety Officer. In these positions, she played a pivotal role in integrating an Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) framework into organizational decision-making and advancing safety, human resources, labour relations, and government affairs.
