A luncheon held at the Château Laurier in honour the Rt. Hon. Haig, Countess Haig and forty-four delegates to the British Empire Service League Conference. Both eh Field Marshall and Countess Haig spoke to thank the Club for hosting the luncheon, and at the close of the meeting, the men of the Service League delegation gave three hearty cheers for the Ottawa Women’s Canadian Club.
